Ordering Process

You may place your orders through any of the following channels:

  • Website– For faster ordering and customization
  • Walk-In– Visit our physical store for same-day purchases and inquiries
  • Facebook Page– Message us through our official FB page for inquiries and manual orders

  • Pick-Up Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM  Look for: Krystel or Nixon
  • Delivery Options: We allow delivery through Lalamove Car or Grab Express Car only to ensure your cake arrives safely.

Important: Please choose “Car Delivery” to avoid damage to your cake.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • GCash
  • BPI Bank Transfer
  • Security Bank
  • Keep cakes refrigerated when not served.
  • Allow 10–20 minutes at room temperature before slicing for best texture.
  • Avoid placing cakes in hot areas, direct sunlight, or inside a moving car without air-conditioning.
  • Handle with care—cakes may be delicate, especially buttercream and tall-tier designs.
  • All confirmed orders are final.
  • No cancellations and no refunds are allowed once payment is made.
  • For changes in pick-up time or minor adjustments, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
