- Walk-In– Visit our physical store for same-day purchases and inquiries

Delivery & Pick-Up

- Pick-Up Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Look for: Krystel or Nixon
- Delivery Options: We allow delivery through Lalamove Car or Grab Express Car only to ensure your cake arrives safely.
Important: Please choose “Car Delivery” to avoid damage to your cake.
Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:
- GCash
- BPI Bank Transfer
- Security Bank
Storage & Handling Tips
- Keep cakes refrigerated when not served.
- Allow 10–20 minutes at room temperature before slicing for best texture.
- Avoid placing cakes in hot areas, direct sunlight, or inside a moving car without air-conditioning.
- Handle with care—cakes may be delicate, especially buttercream and tall-tier designs.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
- All confirmed orders are final.
- No cancellations and no refunds are allowed once payment is made.
- For changes in pick-up time or minor adjustments, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
